System Update & Service Notice
What to expect
Occasionally you will log into the Exchange Trade Centre | Dash Board and an announcement message will appear. This is a systems and service notice that is designed to keep you informed of new features and additions to our service.
The notice is also used when renewing our service with you, or as a result of new features and services we offer. Regardless of your role and user privileges, you will see a screen similar to this:
What you need to do
Simply click the yellow button to proceed. The next event that occurs depends on whether you are a Director of your company and are the person that originally signed up to our service, or you are an employee of your company. As a Director, you will be redirected to the Terms & Conditions page where you must re-sign your agreement with us.
If you are an employee of the company, clicking the yellow button will cause the system to send an email to your Director(s). In that email, they will get a link where they can see the Terms & Conditions. If they agree to them, they will check the ‘I confirm and agree’ and click the ‘I Agree’ button, as seen below:
Once they click I agree, this means that you are able to sign the Terms & Conditions on their behalf. So when you login to the Exchange Trade Centre | Dash Board, you will be redirected to the Terms & Conditions page where you must re-sign your agreement with us.
